As a program that has an over 97 percent job placement rating upon graduation, you can use this degree to be working in an array of industries. Daemen’s unique 1+2+1 program is built for students to complete an RN degree in two years and be eligible for working in the field while completing your final years of the BSN program. An opportunity to complete an accredited, affordable and efficient program all while working directly in the field will lead to early career success and longevity for an even greater return on your investment.
A licensed healthcare professional who can practice medicine and deliver medical services such as physical exams, diagoneses, treat illness, order and interpret testes, counsel on preventative healthcare, assist in surgery and prescribe medications. The projected job growth for this profession is 31 percent, a rate much higher than average for all occupations.
This program comprises both academic and clinical education to prepare students for success on the licensure exam and their career. With a 2019 employment rate of 100 percent and a job growth rate of 22 percent through 2028 on an average growing salary of $89,440 annually, your work can be done in a wide variety of capacities to fulfill your abilities of helping those in need.
A multidisciplinary approach considering all social and economic factors that influence health to provide care treatment in professional, collegiate, high school, or no-sport settings such as military, industrial, and performing arts. Another profession with a job growth rate increasing by 19 percent through 2028.
As a student who may not be totally sure what direction to pursue within healthcare, these pre-professional programs allow for study in any major and obtain your specific course requirements to lead into a future program. Not all are prepared or ready to commit to a specific area of study, which is perfect for these programs to lead you in that right direction.
