An important step in your journey to your career within public health is targeting your specified area in which you desire to help those in your community. Public health spans over many areas, with one of those being community health education. 

Community health education professionals are the main connector to the community for information on how to stay healthy. These professionals will create programs to best educate those of all ages on best practices. Programming can be held in schools, health agencies, and all over to prepare and educate on health, nutrition, and how to avoid illnesses.  

The Daemen University Master’s of Public Health Program allows you the opportunity to specialize your curriculum to fit the needs of this particular career path. Students will continue to grow their foundation within public health, but then their courses will be more designed to fit the needs of their track.
