Nursing programs to help secure your nursing B.S.

Daemen offers two different programs – Nursing, B.S. (1+2+1 Program) and Nursing, B.S. (R.N. to B.S. Program) – designed to help current and aspiring nurses to earn their B.S. degree while balancing life responsibilities.

“We offer a variety both in program options and program formats,” said Dr. Martha Kershaw, assistant professor of nursing at Daemen University.

The R.N. to B.S. program, designed with working nurses in mind, includes online and hybrid options so students can select the method that works best for their learning.

The Nursing, B.S. (1+2+1 Program) offers a unique collaboration with local associate degree programs for students coming from high school wanting to become nurses. In this program, students can earn both their associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in just four years.

Programs to further your skills and education

Daemen offers a smooth transition from a bachelor of science in nursing to our graduate programs, which include Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, M.S., Nursing Executive Leadership, M.S. and Nursing Education, M.S.

Certificate programs are also offered, including Advanced Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Certificate in Nursing Education, Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nursing Executive Leadership and Perspectives in Oncology Nursing for International RNS.

These help further develop nurses’ skills putting them in a better position within the job market.
